Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and provide information/answers to callers’ questions as appropriate; otherwise direct callers to specific departments in a courteous and efficient manner

Greet visitors at the reception desk in a warm and friendly manner and contact employees to meet visitors in the reception area

Work with Office Administration team to fill the beverage refrigerator and snack containers in 3rd Floor kitchen at the start of each shift

Other duties as assigned
