The Foster Care Supervisor will oversee the Foster Care team, providing supervision and support while ensuring the safety and well-being of children in care, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Individual & Family Services

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct regular staff meetings

Provide individual case consultation and supervision to staff

Provide back up and coverage for team members, as required by program

Responsible for monitoring and implementing the program’s continuous quality improvement process including outcome measures, assessments and funding reports

Participate in an on-call rotation, as required by program

Develops methods to enhance the quality of services and improve the ability of the programs to identify and address specific individual training and consultation needs

Required

Master's Degree in Social Work or a closely related field required

At least two years' social services experience required (child welfare experience highly desirable)

Ability to speak English and Spanish required

Child Welfare Employee License (CWEL), Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol (CERAP), and Child Abuse and Neglect (CANS) certification required, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire

Ability to attend in-person meetings and events as needed required

Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle required
