Responsibilities

Support the Senior Facilities Manager on ongoing and new facilities projects
Perform walkdowns and drive punch-list creation and closure
Gather user requirements and develop technical documentation for third-party engineering partners
Conduct field evaluations of facility systems and contribute engineering recommendations
Flex to daily site needs—supporting anything from maintenance operations to project execution
Communicate clearly, manage tasks independently, and follow through to completion

Required

Ability to work well under pressure and handle shifting priorities
Facilities experience (building systems, utilities, maintenance, or plant operations)

Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
Master's degree, OR
Bachelor's + 2 years experience, OR
Associate's + 6 years, OR
High School/GED + 8 years

Preferred

Engineering, facilities, utilities, maintenance, or related disciplines preferred
GMP/cGMP environments
