Senior Vice President, Sales - US

They are seeking an experienced commercial leader to own and execute Navenio’s US go-to-market strategy, focusing on building pipeline, closing strategic deals, and establishing Navenio as a category leader in the US healthcare market.

Responsibilities

Define and execute Navenio’s US commercial strategy , aligned with global growth objectives
Own revenue targets across hospitals, health systems, and facilities management providers
Lead complex, enterprise-level sales cycles involving clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders
Build and scale a VAR and channel partner ecosystem , including identification, onboarding, enablement, and joint selling
Develop relationships with major health systems, IDNs, and FM providers
Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing US sales team as the business scales
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape value propositions and drive adoption
Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and market intelligence to the executive team

Required

Senior commercial leadership experience (CCO, SVP Sales, VP Sales) in healthcare technology
Proven track record selling infrastructure-free location-based digital solutions such as RTLS and indoor positioning platforms
Proven track record selling tasking and workflow orchestration solutions
Proven track record selling asset tracking and operational intelligence systems
Demonstrated success selling into acute care hospitals and large health systems
Experience selling via Value-Added Resellers (VARs), system integrators, or channel partners
Strong understanding of hospital operations, facilities management, and clinical/non-clinical workflows
Ability to navigate long, complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience scaling revenue in high-growth environments
