They are seeking an Analog Design Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in developing high-performance mixed-signal ICs and to drive design excellence and strategic planning.

Responsibilities
Apply your passion for servant leadership of high-performance silicon realization teams to drive business success and positive company culture with specific responsibilities that include:
Design planning, proposal and execution of high-performance mixed-signal ICs from concept to production
Management representation interfacing cross-functionally and with key customers
Lead the proactive evolution and instilling of best practices to improve business performance, engineering efficiency, and repeatable quality results across the company
Recruit, train and manage and growing world-class design engineering team to deliver results with integrity, commitment, and excellence for a wide variety of ASIC and SOC applications
Represent IC Enable in negotiations with suppliers, IP vendors and foundries
Customer satisfaction and quality of deliverables for all projects
Develop accurate schedules and resource estimates
Support quality management continuous improvement activities at the business and team level
Evaluate and deliver on performance metrics for team by communicating individual and team goals with remote and local team members effectively
Continuously grow yourself and your team’s performance through proactive thinking on personal, design and technology training
Ability to be hands-on and flexible across multiple functional roles from leading the design, layout or verification team and phases from proposal to production supply chain management
Manage your team’s financial and project objectives as well as proactively seeking out new business opportunities
Qualification
Required
Role requires candidate to be approved under ITAR compliance requirements (U.S. Persons, lawful permanent residents (green card holders), and legally protected individuals like asylees and refugees)
BS in Applicable Field with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent
Proven record of technical project leadership success developing integrated circuits
Must have thorough understanding of best practices for silicon development tools and processes
Strong communication, debugging and analytical skills with complex technical concepts
Preferred
Experience with a variety of manufacturing technologies and design applications preferred
