Responsibilities

Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of transactional documents, including the following
Loan agreements
Security instruments
Corporate governance documents
Commercial contracts
Support senior attorneys in managing banking and finance transactions from inception to closing
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on transactional, regulatory, and compliance issues
Participate in due diligence reviews and assist with transaction checklists and closing deliverables
Communicate with clients, lenders, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of transactions
Maintain organized files, track deadlines, and contribute to efficient workflow management

Required
