The role involves profiling molecular-genetic changes in diseased cell populations and utilizing these insights for in vivo studies and treatment strategies, while working in a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
Profile molecular-genetic changes affecting diseased cell populations, as against normal cells, following exposure to immune and/or particle constructs
Utilize these readouts to inform desirable in vivo studies and combinatorial treatment strategies
Qualification

Ph.D
At least 2 years of experience in cancer immunology and molecular genetics
Experienced in genetic engineering approaches
Experienced in qRT-PCR
Experienced in cytokine profiling
Experienced in immunohistochemistry
Experienced in immunofluorescence
Experienced in 10+ color immunophenotyping
Experienced in imaging techniques
Experienced in advanced in vitro models (i.e., 3D cultures, organoids)
Knowledge of ex-vivo immunological assays that can assess activation and functional status of various cell populations within the tumor (or other pathologic) microenvironments
Familiarity with theranostic applications in oncology
Experience with in vivo immunological procedures
