Project Coordinator / Field Service Technician

The role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution and performance of ALUMA equipment and services at customer job sites, while enhancing customer service and relieving sales representatives from day-to-day project management.

Responsibilities

Execute and support customer projects in accordance with ALUMA engineering drawings, standards, and approved project plans
Act as the primary on-site and operational support for customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
Coordinate closely with Client’s Project Managers to plan, implement, monitor, and close projects efficiently
Proactively identify issues, report job status, and recommend corrective actions as needed
Ensure customers follow ALUMA engineering guidelines and safe equipment usage practices
Provide on-site training and answer customer questions related to equipment and installation
Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth project execution
Reduce the project management burden on sales teams by taking ownership of project-related coordination and follow-up
Maintain accurate records related to schedules, deliveries, returns, and job progress

Required

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships
Comfortable working on active construction sites with frequent local travel
Proficient with basic computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required

Preferred

4-5 years of experience in construction equipment or concrete formwork preferred
