Responsibilities

Supervise and support RBTs
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) and FBAs
Review data regularly and adjust programs as needed
Provide parent training and staff coaching
Maintain ethical and clinical compliance
Support a minimum of 28 impact hours per week

Qualification

BCBA certificationMaster’s degreeABA experienceSupervision experienceClinical judgmentCommunication skills

Required

Active BCBA certification
Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field
Strong communication and clinical judgment skills

Preferred

ABA and supervision experience
