Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for paving and asphalt scopes
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material suppliers
Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and jobsite progress
Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage scope, timelines, and expectations
Qualification
Required
Experience in asphalt paving, road construction, or related project management
Strong estimating, cost control, and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Knowledge of paving operations, materials, and scheduling
Professional, client-facing communication skills
