Responsibilities

Manages assigned projects to completion within allocated timelines and ensures project is complete and consultation has occurred with all appropriate parties

Maintains frequent check-ins with supervisor in order to keep updated on goals and to report on project momentum

Demonstrates growth by becoming more independent on projects and knowing correct contacts for information

Participates in ongoing process improvement efforts as assigned by supervisor in order to apply management techniques and advance strategic goals of the department

Proactively identifies potential projects for the department and identifies possible role for themselves or team member on the project

Qualification

Required

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program in a variety of professions supporting the healthcare industry
