Responsibilities
Lead multiple technology initiatives and guide a team of engineers building distributed microservices and full-stack solutions
Partner closely with product leaders to design and deliver secure, high-impact cloud solutions that create meaningful customer experiences
Stay current with emerging technologies, experiment with new tools, and actively contribute to engineering communities while mentoring team members
Provide technical guidance through code reviews and occasional hands-on development
Leverage modern programming languages, open-source frameworks, containerization, and cloud services to deliver resilient systems at scale
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
4+ years of professional software engineering experience
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Preferred
Master's degree
7+ years of experience with languages such as Java, Python, Scala, Go, or Node.js
Experience working across public cloud platforms and open-source ecosystems
Prior experience leading or mentoring engineers
Familiarity with Agile development practices
