Human Resources Specialist
Responsibilities
Deliver new hire orientation and training programs
Explain company policies, programs, and benefits to employees
Assist with the design, development, and implementation of HR programs
Maintain personnel files, recruiting trackers, exit interview logs, and attendance systems
Prepare accurate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc HR reports
Support HR and organizational goals through effective execution of related tasks
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in an HR-related role
Associate degree or equivalent; 2 years of college preferred
Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
Strong skills in: Relationship building and business partnering
Strong skills in: Talent acquisition
Strong skills in: Time management and prioritization
Strong skills in: Cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Expertise in EEO/Title VII compliance and investigations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
