Responsibilities

Support External reporting and Consolidations with activities related to our external SEC filings
Support Technical accounting with research related activities, quarterly conclusion memos, intangible asset impairment testing, and accounting policy database management
Support ESG Controller with current initiatives underway including Company readiness for the implementation of the European Union’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and managing controls program
Support Integration/Divestiture activities
Assist with documenting and mapping various corporate processes
Assist with the preparation of the Controllers quarterly newsletter

Qualification

Required

Sophomore or Junior in college (pursuing accounting degree)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
Detail oriented, excellent analytical skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products required
