Accounting Coordinator
Qantas is Australia’s largest regional, domestic, and international airline, and they are seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support financial operations across North and South America. The role involves ensuring accounts payable and receivable are processed efficiently while building relationships with internal and external partners.

Ensure accounts payable and receivable are processed efficiently and in line with Qantas policies and procedures
Build strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external partners
Resolve account queries and drive positive business outcomes
Balance financial priorities with the needs of suppliers and customers
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance AP/AR role
Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or a business-related discipline
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office products
Strong customer service skills within a complex business environment
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Experience managing multiple countries' finance laws and procedures is highly regarded
