Develop and execute category strategies for electric distribution and underground business units, aligning with enterprise sourcing objectives

Oversee sourcing processes from market analysis and RFP/RFQ development to contract negotiation, supplier selection, and performance management

Expand and manage a diversified supplier base, ensuring supply chain resilience for critical materials

Drive cost savings, procurement value delivery, and supplier performance in alignment with capital plans and budgets

Lead and mentor a team of Strategic Sourcing Specialists, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Collaborate with engineering, construction, finance, and legal teams to align sourcing initiatives with project priorities

Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and ethical standards while mitigating supply chain risks

Implement process improvements leveraging data analytics, automation, and ERP tools
