Responsibilities

Assist in monthly forecasting, roll-up global forecast, variance analysis, and preparation of Monthly Business Review which includes presentation of Hilton's key performance indicators and financial metrics

Support quarterly forecast for Earnings Release and other quarterly deliverables for Accounting, Investor Relations and Board of Directors

Help conduct analyses of financial performance identifying trends and drivers that impact Franchise fees and O&M

Help prepare consolidated annual budget presentation

Prepare variance explanations and trend analysis in order for management to easily understand variances between actual results and forecasts and prior year

Prepare ad-hoc analysis and dashboards

Qualification

Required

One (1) year of work experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting

Experience using Excel and Power Point to create presentations

Experience in the Hospitality Industry

Preferred

BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics and similar quantitative fields

Experience with Oracle SmartView and Hyperion Essbase or similar planning software
