Sr. Product Marketing Manager

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA, Inc.) is searching for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for a CONTRACT assignment with one of their premier SaaS clients. The role involves managing the offer creation process, contributing to go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop an understanding of document creation and management workflows across business professional segment
Manage offer creation process including partnering with pricing ops and other X-teams. Create business requirements document. Support offer definition and strategy, and defining pricing strategies
Go-To-Market Support. Contribute to launch planning and execution for new offers and features, or new pricing strategies
Collaborate with all marketing and GTM functions to define and implement growth plans and campaigns
Craft compelling value propositions and product narratives for Acrobat offers and insure that messaging is clear, differentiated, and resonates across business professional personas and use cases
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and unmet needs
Partner with product, GTM, analytics, and other PMM teams to shape product roadmap and advocate for customer needs
Collaborate and align with cross functional teams, such as B2B PMM marketing, business model strategy, finance, product, program management, pricing ops, etc

Required

8 year of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with the ability to appropriately communicate with the intended audience, especially executives
Proven success in driving and completing complex initiatives such as product launches
Proven success in driving cross functional alignment
Ability to handle complex, highly cross-functional projects with a highly matrixed environment
Ability to work with technical teams – can help translate business requirements into technical requirements
Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and think quick on your feet given the fast change in business needs
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, and ability to develop positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Excellent documentation skills and high attention to detail to ensure that timelines are met and key issues are managed
Quick learner and proactive in solving problems

Preferred

MBA preferred
Experience working in high tech environment or with SaaS and mobile a plus
