Full operational oversight of a high‑volume, upscale restaurant within a luxury hotel
Leadership, coaching, and development of a diverse FOH team, with a focus on professionalism and service consistency
Collaboration with the Executive Chef to align service flow, menu knowledge, and guest engagement
Ownership of financial performance, including labor management, forecasting, and revenue optimization
Implementation of service standards, training programs, and performance expectations that support a luxury environment
Active floor leadership during peak periods, ensuring seamless execution and personalized guest interactions
Management of reservations, VIP experiences, and special events
Partnership with hotel leadership on marketing initiatives, guest feedback, and operational strategy
