Own system-level electrical and controls architecture for custom industrial systems
Establish engineering standards, best practices, and design templates
Partner cross-functionally with mechanical, process, manufacturing, and field teams
Support FAT, commissioning, and field troubleshooting

Qualification

Required

15+ years in industrial electrical and/or controls engineering
Hands-on experience with control panels, PLC/HMI systems, and system integration
Proven technical leadership or team-lead experience
Strong knowledge of motors, VFDs, power distribution, and industrial codes
AutoCAD Electrical proficiency

Preferred

Integrator or OEM background
UL 508A panel experience
