Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with stakeholders
Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives
Validate solutions and support user acceptance testing
Identify process improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in medium to large-scale projects
Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis
Experience with UML, BPMN, or other process modeling techniques
Ability to work with stakeholders across business and technical teams
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Hands-on experience with tools like: Jira / Confluence, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), Task tracking and Requirements management tools
Preferred
Exposure to data analysis, SQL, or reporting tools
Knowledge of process improvement frameworks
