Responsibilities
Assist in handling employment litigation matters including administrative charges, demand letters, and civil complaints
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and clients on case strategy and execution
Handle court appearances; focus is on tactical case work
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active membership in the California State Bar
1–3 years of experience in employment law, litigation, or administrative agency practice
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
