The Junior Distressed Credit Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the restructuring data offering, overseeing data management processes, and producing insightful analysis to support clients in making informed decisions.

Responsibilities
Produce research, analysis, presentations and articles using our proprietary restructuring data to support our news and analytics offerings for our clients
Oversee the data entry and data quality processes for the 9fin restructuring tracker, ensuring comprehensive and accurate coverage of restructuring events across the market
Coordinate and oversee 9fin's restructuring league table process, ensuring timely and accurate publication
Liaise with internal stakeholders including research, editorial and product teams to generate ideas for new data fields and data products, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of our restructuring data
Ensure the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of our restructuring data, proactively identifying and resolving data discrepancies
Contribute to projects aimed at improving data collection methodologies and enhancing the overall quality and efficiency of our data operations
Qualification
Required
Demonstrable interest in the distressed debt and restructuring markets
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy
Highly organised and able to manage workload effectively, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and comfortable collaborating with different teams across the organisation
Proactive, take initiative, and have a strong sense of ownership over work
Eager to learn and contribute to the growth and development of data products
