Responsibilities
Oversee multiple construction projects daily
Schedule, manage and oversee subcontractors and suppliers
Work with customers and design professionals
Work with building officials and municipalities
Identify potential problems with plans and specifications and find a resolution
Procure materials for jobs from various suppliers
Resolve specification, selection and plan conflicts and design professionals
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all potential and existing customers
Keep job sites safe and clean at all times
Perform all other duties assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field or Minimum 3 years' experience in construction
Proficient with Microsoft Platform (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with square foot and square yard dimensions
Knowledge of Geometry/Math
Data entry experience
Experience reading construction blueprints
Budget Management experience
Bidding and plan take-off experience
General Knowledge of residential and commercial construction
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Cooperative attitude
