Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to build and grow our community
Mail management
Stock office supplies as needed
Foster strong relationships with community members and stakeholders
Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and meetings
Provide support and guidance to community members
Manage volunteer programs and coordinate volunteer activities
Recruit new community members through outreach efforts
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the needs of the community are met
Monitor and respond to community feedback, inquiries, and concerns
Educate community members on relevant topics and resources
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated and passionate
Experience in managing and coordinating community programs, events, and initiatives
Ability to develop and implement strategies to build and grow a community
Strong relationship-building skills with community members and stakeholders
Organizational skills to facilitate community events, workshops, and meetings
Ability to provide support and guidance to community members
Experience in managing volunteer programs and coordinating volunteer activities
Skills in recruiting new community members through outreach efforts
Collaborative skills to work with other departments to meet community needs
Ability to monitor and respond to community feedback, inquiries, and concerns
Skills to educate community members on relevant topics and resources
Preferred
Experience in hospitality environment
