Strategic Partner Manager | Automotive Aftermarket
Epicor is a company focused on creating better business through data and technology. The Strategic Partnership Manager is responsible for managing Automotive partner accounts, developing new key account alliances, and enhancing customer satisfaction while identifying revenue growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationship with major accounts exceeding $5M in ARR
Identify white space (revenue growth opportunities) and work with sales as needed to execute new opportunities
Managing the renewal process, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring a seamless renewal experience
Manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions being provided by Epicor
Develop key goals and metrics for each account, measure, and report on them monthly or quarterly
Define and implement programs that support defined objectives
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalation as needed
Manage contracts, billing, rebates (if applicable) – provide Epicor management time to respond to contract renewals and price change options
Providing regular business reviews and strategic recommendations to ensure customers achieve their business objectives
Hold at a minimum quarterly meeting with each account
Work with customers to ensure Epicor products are being utilized effectively and efficiently
Support implements an annual operating plan process
Attend on-site customer events to strengthen our business relationship, generate leads, and/or create new sales opportunities
Qualification
Required
Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in a distributed environment
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills
High energy, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Passion for the technology industry
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and events
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
7+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in the Automotive Aftermarket is required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
5+ years of specialized/industry experience in the ERP/SaaS space is preferred
