Responsibilities
Support and execute program strategies across multiple products and platforms, including launching 0-to-1 initiatives, accelerating execution, and improving outcomes through technical solutions
Write, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze product data, identifying trends and insights to inform decision-making
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to clearly communicate insights and support real-time business decisions
Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted tools to automate repetitive workflows, accelerate analysis, and prototype scalable solutions
Proactively identify program risks, develop data-backed mitigation plans, and clearly communicate updates and rationale across cross-functional teams
Perform general program management by predicting roadblocks, strengthening cross-functional relationships, and executing plans with technical rigor
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, legal, and operations partners to align execution with organizational priorities
Attend regular internal practice community meetings
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or technical product/program management with a strong focus on technical product operations
Advanced proficiency in SQL, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and complex data transformations
Experience using AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analysis and execution
Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, automation, and detailed documentation)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in fast-paced environments
Strong critical thinking skills with a proven ability to leverage data to anticipate issues and drive solutions
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly to changing technical requirements
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
Preferred
Experience with VS Code or similar development environments
Vibe coding experience, including low-code/no-code prototyping or AI-assisted code generation
Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure concepts
Experience partnering with engineering teams on technical specifications and requirements
Background in quality assurance, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflows
Experience developing and executing manual and automated test strategies for products and features
