Responsibilities
Conduct asbestos and hazardous building material surveys
Perform Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) assessments, noise monitoring surveys, and industrial hygiene exposure assessments
Assist with asbestos/Lead-Based Paint (LBP) abatement and mold mitigation projects
Monitor abatement and remediation projects
Qualification
Required
One to three years of experience in occupational safety and industrial hygiene, including IH surveys, IAQ, noise assessments, asbestos, LBP, and mold investigations, and abatement management
State of Colorado Certified Asbestos Building Inspector (CABI) and Air Monitoring Specialist (AMS) certifications
A BS degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field is a plus (can substitute for a year of experience)
Proactive, independent, and ready to make an immediate impact
Preferred
Local candidate who resides in the Denver, CO, Loveland, CO, or Laramie, WY metro area and has experience in private-sector, project-oriented businesses, focused on commercial, education, and industrial projects
