Responsibilities
Lead a portfolio of Director-level searches across G&A, Sales, Strategy & Operations, and CXI, designing and executing consistent and inclusive search strategies
Serve as a thought partner and talent advisor to senior leaders, leveraging market insights, competitive intelligence, and deep functional knowledge to influence hiring decisions
Build and maintain strong external talent networks, proactively engaging and nurturing leadership candidates for current and future roles
Partner cross-functionally with executive stakeholders, recruiting operations, and sourcers to ensure a high bar for search execution and candidate experience
Contribute to the continued development of the Leadership Recruiting function, improving processes, tools, and best practices that enable team-wide excellence
Qualification
Required
7+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years focused on Director-level hiring across non-technical domains (e.g., G&A, Sales, Strategy & Ops, CXI)
Strong client management skills and ability to influence and guide senior leaders through complex and competitive search processes
Ability to leverage market intelligence, structured assessment, and external networks to shape hiring strategies and outcomes
Proven ability to build long-term relationships with senior candidates and facilitate meaningful engagement between talent and DoorDash leadership
Excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills that drive impact
