Mission Staffing is representing a well-known international investment firm in Midtown, NY, seeking an Events Manager to join their team. The role involves full lifecycle corporate event management, including planning, budget management, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
Full lifecycle corporate event management, from initial planning to post-event performance reporting and financial reconciliation
Developing and managing a strict event budget, including vendor management and contract negotiation
Establishing and a detailed event schedule, and ensuring stakeholder engagement
Qualification
Required
8+ years' experience in corporate event planning and managing for a reputable investment firm
Strong experience in areas of budget planning and management, travel coordination, and contract management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
