Mútua is building a global intelligence infrastructure for the impact ecosystem, powered by AI and collective intelligence. They are seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) or Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) to lead product vision and execution, ensuring Mútua becomes core infrastructure for impact decision-making globally.

Responsibilities

Define and own Mútua’s product vision, roadmap, and priorities, aligned with long-term mission and near-term traction

Lead the development of AI- and data-intensive products, including LLM-enabled intelligence, classification systems, and continuously updated data pipelines

Translate complex user needs from asset managers, philanthropic organizations, and impact-driven institutions into clear product requirements

Work closely with engineering, data, and design to ensure high-quality execution and fast learning cycles

Make strategic product trade-offs in an early-stage environment with limited resources and high ambition

Ensure rigor, transparency, and trustworthiness in AI-driven outputs used for capital allocation and strategic decision-making

If acting as CPTO: co-own technical architecture and guide technology choices in alignment with product strategy
