Responsibilities

Support Fidelity’s enterprise reports and quarterly business reporting

Preparation of various enterprise reports including a primary focus on ESG reports

Assisting with project management for other periodic reporting and data analysis

Calculating Fidelity's GHG emissions

Monitoring global sustainability regulations to ensure compliance

Providing thought leadership on reporting frameworks

Collaborating globally to integrate ESG considerations

Analyzing regulatory changes and assessing their impact

Assisting with selecting and implementing new ESG reporting software solutions

Required

A bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, or a related field is required with demonstrated ability working in corporate reporting or relevant ESG work, preferably within financial services

Experience with ESG reporting standards and frameworks, such as TCFD and CSRD, calculating GHG emissions (scope 1, 2, & 3), and a dedication to staying updated with the latest guidelines and developments

Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and change while remaining focused on end goals

A collaborative approach while working in a team environment

You must have close attention to detail, strong writing and editing skills, and the ability to convey themes into a crisp, clean, compelling language
