Recruit, build, and mentor a team of Life & Health agents
Guide clients through insurance options and applications
Lead team trainings, meetings, and development sessions
Build a growing organization with residual income potential
Manage CRM activity, lead flow, and production metrics
Promote Plus1Financial’s mission, values, and culture
Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements
Qualification
Required
Entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication and leadership skills
High personal drive and goal orientation
Ability to work fully remote and self-managed
Ability to become licensed (if not already)
Interest in building a team and scaling a business
Preferred
Existing Life & Health License (any state)
Prior experience in sales, team leadership, or business ownership
Experience recruiting or coaching others
Growth-focused mindset and willingness to learn
