Responsibilities
Lead the ServiceNow Architecture development, enhancements, and implementations
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders in utilizing ServiceNow for managing enterprise services and enhancements using new technologies
Build roadmaps, provide recommendations, and lead the development and adoption of new technologies and services
Provide assistance to development teams as needed
Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure technical deliverables are complete, consistent, high-quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes
Lead efforts to optimize the performance and functionality of ServiceNow
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience with 12 years of professional experience
10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
5+ years as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA)
At least 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
Experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Preferred
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices
Project Management or Agile certification
ITILv4 Foundations Certification
Experience supporting ServiceNow work with the US Federal Government
Excellent written and oral communication skills
