Responsibilities

Provide strategic customer insights as a sales expert for designated Customer(s)
Ensure joint business plans are executed by the customer
Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and other associates to meet Client and Customer standards
Bridge the relationship between the Key Account Management Team (KAM Team) and all stakeholders at assigned customer(s)
Develop strategic plans with customers to accomplish business goals
Work with retailer associates on Headquarter calls to implement programs

Required

Sales experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to provide strategic customer insights

Experience working with retailers, wholesalers, or distributors
Ability to develop strategic plans to accomplish business goals
Experience with Headquarter calls and working with retailer associates
