EEO Compliance Specialist

Stellantis is seeking an EEO Compliance Specialist responsible for conducting investigations related to harassment, discrimination, and retaliation complaints. The role involves partnering with HR and management to resolve EEO compliance issues, preparing investigative reports, and assisting with EEO policies and training.

Responsibilities

Conducting investigations relative to harassment, discrimination, and retaliation complaints
Effectively partnering with HR and Operating Management to resolve issues on EEO Compliance matters
Assisting in the deployment of HR Policies and EEO training
Preparing and/or creating investigative reports/records within the Company’s case management system
Assisting in the creation of weekly ad hoc reports for KPI monitoring and tracking
Assisting in updates of EEO policies and/or HR Guidelines and Office of General Counsel (OGC) requests for EEO files and/or reports
Exercising independent judgment and meeting deadlines in a demanding, high-volume environment
Completing ad hoc activities assigned within the Diversity and Inclusion realm

Required

Bachelor's Degree
3 + years HR-related experience and working knowledge of basic HR policies and procedures
Strong investigative skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees
Integrity and ability to manage confidential information professionally
Effective and efficient management and completion of numerous tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Excel, Power Point, and other Microsoft Office software

Preferred

Advanced Degree
Academic background in human resources, business management and/or labor relations, and understanding of employment law is highly desirable
Labor relations and manufacturing HR experience
Discrimination and Harassment Investigation experience
Data Analytics Proficiency
Strong presentation skills
Eager to learn and take on new challenges
Demonstrated positive attitude
