Responsible for the billing and collection process of the community’s revenue in accordance with current acceptable accounting principles, state and federal regulations, Administrative policies and procedures and as directed by the Administrator

Record census, cash, and revenue

Counsel residents and responsible parties regarding their financial responsibilities

Maintain documentation of collection efforts

Must be a high school graduate or equivalent

Must have, as a minimum, two (2) year(s) experience in a long-term care business office or other related healthcare setting
