Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, consult with customers, and match them with the right coverage and benefits

Conduct thorough assessments to understand financial resources, property conditions, claims history, and coverage gaps

Finalize sales, collect deposits, arrange binders/certificates, and coordinate with the service team

Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and a strong understanding of underwriting criteria across our insurance partners
