Responsibilities

Manage and develop a team of product management contributors
Engage stakeholders and partners associated with the function
Identify and recommend opportunities for product management for a complex product or service
Ensure programs adhere to compliance and privacy regulations and policies
Make decisions and resolve issues regarding overall business strategy to meet business objectives
Create business plans, develop business requirements, direct product design and implementation
Interpret & develop product enhancements and performance measurements
Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts, and multiple level managers
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required

4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of leadership experience

Preferred

4+ years of HR Systems experience (e.g., ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Workday, or similar) preferably in a global environment with multiple integrations
2+ years of people management experience highly desired
Deep understanding of HR functional areas (i.e. Core HR, Payroll, Employee Relations, Benefits, etc.)
Experience leading Agile Product teams
Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to meet client objectives and desired outcomes
Experience leading complex HR Systems transformation initiatives in a complex environment with business partners and technology resources ensuring timely and quality delivery
Experience building relationships at senior levels and ability to drive decision making through a consensus building approach
Experience influencing and managing cross-functional work streams to execute with quality and on-time
Experience interpreting business and technical needs and experience integrating systems
