Responsibilities

Conduct functional and pressure testing on pneumatic components

Test, troubleshoot, and verify the functionality of aircraft pneumatic components, such as valves, regulators, actuators, and other related systems

Operate manual and automated test equipment

Analyze test data and ensure that all components meet performance and safety standards before being approved for return to service

Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Maintain the general upkeep of testing equipment and provide test reports

Required

Meticulous and technically minded

Experience with functional and pressure testing on pneumatic components

Ability to test, troubleshoot, and verify the functionality of aircraft pneumatic components, such as valves, regulators, actuators, and other related systems

Experience operating manual and automated test equipment

Ability to analyze test data

Ensure all components meet performance and safety standards before being approved for return to service

Strong mechanical aptitude

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Responsible for the general upkeep of testing equipment

Provide test reports
