Responsibilities
Architect and lead the security framework for CHIC’s Genesis Diary and Accord, safeguarding on-chain, intelligent systems
Develop and enforce secure authentication, encryption, and key management protocols across cloud and on-chain environments
Perform continuous threat modeling, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments to strengthen platform resilience
Partner closely with tech teams to define and implement best practices in secure development, incident response, and compliance
Drive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with evolving standards for digital assets
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or related fields
Hands-on experience securing blockchain infrastructures and smart contracts
Solid understanding of cryptography, identity management, and network security fundamentals
Proven ability to design scalable and secure distributed systems
Familiarity with modern security tools for penetration testing and vulnerability management in Web3 contexts
Preferred
Experience auditing smart contracts (Solidity/Vyper/Rust)
Familiarity with Foundry, Hardhat, Slither, or Echidna
Understanding of common DeFi attack vectors (reentrancy, oracle manipulation, MEV)
Experience with ZK-based verification or privacy-preserving protocols
Knowledge of secure AI integration and data privacy in blockchain applications
