Materials Manager

Compass Surgical Partners is a leading, independent, full-service ambulatory surgery center development and management partner. The Materials Manager is responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels and ensuring all equipment and supplies are available to meet the needs of scheduled surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory levels to support daily surgical operations
Review surgery schedules to anticipate supply and equipment needs
Order, receive, and distribute supplies in accordance with facility policies
Manage vendor relationships, review pricing, and coordinate special equipment requests
Ensure accuracy of purchase orders, invoices, and backorders
Support facility safety, infection control, and quality management programs
Maintain organized and secure storage areas
Participate in ongoing professional development and team initiatives

Required

High school diploma or GED required; experience in materials management preferred
Working knowledge of medical terminology
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and inventory management systems
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly
