Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day relationships with Spanish-language programming and media partners
Plan and execute Hispanic co-marketing initiatives, including TV productions, digital campaigns, influencer activations, and integrated media efforts
Collaborate cross-functionally to lead integrated co-marketing campaigns across marketing, content, legal, and external partners
Own co-marketing messaging and creative development in partnership with agencies and collaborators
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize programs for continuous improvement
Partner with legal and content teams to support co-marketing initiatives and strengthen partner programs
Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships that drive mutual growth and long-term collaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
5+ years of Hispanic marketing or advertising experience
Fluent Spanish-language marketer — must be able to speak, read, and write in Spanish
Proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunity areas
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience managing agencies and delivering results through cross-functional teams
Confident communicator with experience presenting to and engaging stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require
