Qualification
Required
Must be an upcoming or recent graduate with Bachelors' degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent
Must have GPA of 3.5 or higher
Desire to pursue higher education, CPA or other certifications
Microsoft Suite including Excel, Powerpoint, & Word
Ability to present findings and data to different audiences up to the Executive level
Must be highly motivated
Must be creative in finding solutions and overcoming obstacles
Must be flexible and adaptable to change
Must exhibit a servant attitude toward colleagues and internal customers
Must show a high level of initiative
Must be curious: willing to ask questions and learn
Must be a team player while also excelling as an individual contributor
Must be a fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to successfully manage multiple projects and tasks with various deadlines
Must be a positive-minded change agent that stays on the cutting edge of technology and technical requirements
Must be able to effectively communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees and management
Preferred
