Sit in one of the California offices
Have experience in antitrust and competition law, government and internal investigations, and government enforcement actions or civil antitrust litigation
Handle discovery, draft pretrial motions, and manage complex cases
Represent clients in state and federal court as well as enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission
Qualification
Required
experience in antitrust and competition law
experience in government and internal investigations
experience in government enforcement actions
experience in civil antitrust litigation
experience handling discovery
experience drafting pretrial motions
experience managing complex cases
experience representing clients in state court
experience representing clients in federal court
experience representing clients before enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission
Preferred
prior federal clerkship experience
