Senior Manager, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain Systems & Process Integration

Responsibilities
Lead the development, documentation, and refinement of end-to-end supply chain processes spanning WMS, TMS, and ERP
Partner with the Director to define future-state workflows that enhance accuracy, efficiency, safety, and customer experience
Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather requirements, identify gaps, and drive alignment on standardized practices
Benchmark internal processes against industry best practices to ensure scalable, modernized solutions
Ensure process designs support enterprise governance and align to the QXO Operating Model
Translate business rules and operational needs into clear functional system requirements
Support configuration, integration design, testing, and validation across WMS, TMS, and ERP modules
Lead UAT planning and execution, ensuring meaningful scenario coverage and operator representation
Partner with IT and implementation vendors to ensure integrations meet workflow, performance, and data-quality expectations
Operate within PMO governance, supporting structured reporting, milestone tracking, and dependency alignment
Develop training materials, SOPs, job aids, and communication plans to prepare branches and DCs for deployment
Lead deployment readiness and cutover activities, ensuring consistent adoption across sites
Coach site leaders, super users, and operational teams on new workflows and digital tools
Engage credibly with branch and DC operators to understand on-the-ground challenges and translate them into scalable solutions
Monitor post-go-live performance, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive stabilization and corrective action plans
Establish and maintain governance structures to ensure adherence to standardized process designs
Build and track KPIs that measure system effectiveness, process compliance, and operational performance
Identify and drive targeted improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured methodologies
Review, prioritize, and shepherd field-driven enhancement requests to align with enterprise roadmaps and governance
Assess newly acquired sites to understand current processes, capabilities, and gaps relative to enterprise standards
Develop integration plans to transition new locations onto standardized WMS, TMS, and ERP platforms
Coordinate with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to harmonize legacy practices with QXO’s future-state operating model
Support data validation, process harmonization, UAT participation, and go-live stabilization for acquired sites
Serve as the primary business-process liaison for acquisition onboarding, ensuring long-term alignment with enterprise governance
Ensure newly acquired sites understand workflow expectations, data requirements, training standards, and performance metrics
Mentor analysts or project managers supporting transformation and deployment workstreams
Operate as a trusted partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Customer Service, and vendor partners
Represent the business process team in steering committees, design sessions, and cross-functional working groups
Help build organizational capability in process design, digital tools, and structured problem-solving
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
10–12+ years of experience in supply chain operations, business process design, or systems implementation
Proven track record supporting or leading WMS/TMS/ERP deployments in a multi-site environment
Experience with platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or MS Dynamics
Strong Lean/Six Sigma problem-solving capability; Black Belt preferred
Proficiency in process mapping, value-stream analysis, SOP development, and workflow redesign
Familiarity with API-based integrations, master data, and operational analytics
Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced, evolving environment
Field credibility: able to work directly with branch/DC operators and translate operational realities into scalable solutions
Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and establishing clarity in complex, cross-functional programs
