Part Time Legal Client Acquisition Specialist

Westwise Group is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Legal Client Acquisition Specialist to join their expanding team. The role involves managing inquiries from potential clients and guiding them through the intake process to facilitate their transition into valued clients for partner law firms.

Responsibilities

Act as the initial point of contact for individuals and businesses seeking legal services, responding to inquiries received through digital marketing campaigns, website forms, and other communication channels
Meticulously collect and document relevant details about potential clients' needs and circumstances. Assess the suitability of these leads based on the criteria of our partner law firms
Skillfully guide qualified leads through the intake and engagement process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, lead information, and conversion progress within our CRM system
Work closely with internal teams and partner law firms to ensure a seamless transition of new clients
Actively participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices, service offerings, and effective client communication strategies

Required

Weekend Availability (Saturday and/or Sunday)
Proven experience in phone sales, or intake, ideally within the legal or professional services industry
A foundational understanding of legal concepts or experience in a legal support role (e.g., paralegal, legal assistant) is considered an advantage
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively
Strong active listening skills to comprehend client needs fully and respond effectively
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple leads and responsibilities efficiently
A proactive and self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a remote work environment with minimal direct supervision
Proficiency with CRM software and GSuite or similar productivity tools is a plus
Openness to feedback and a willingness to adapt to evolving processes and client needs

Preferred

A college diploma is preferred
Bilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish/English) considered an asset
