Responsibilities

Build comprehensive SOPs for all New Jersey PI operations (intake through resolution)

Develop standardized templates, pleadings, forms, and case workflows

Establish quality benchmarks and communication protocols for attorneys, case managers, and paralegals

Work closely with firm leadership to ensure all systems align with firm-wide best practices

Manage a reduced caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial

Conduct client interviews, case evaluations, and discovery

Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal filings

Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel to achieve optimal results

Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and court proceedings when necessary

Train, mentor, and guide local staff as the office grows

Serve as the primary liaison between the New Jersey office and firm leadership

Model excellence, accountability, and alignment with firm culture and values
