Vice President Sales, Mid Market

They are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead their Commercial Sales Mid-Market team, focusing on selling family building products and increasing awareness around women's health coverage.

Responsibilities
You will gather prospect feedback, collaborate with internal teams to shape our product roadmap, & deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
Build a strong sales pipeline while also closing deals, exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
Be a trusted consultant and an advisor to external parties (benefits executives and healthcare consultants), enabling you to gain insights into your prospects' pain-points and buying needs
Become an expert on Progyny’s product and presentations to prospective customers
Collaborate well with team members and forecast accurately
Understand competitive landscape and position benefit offering to drive new business
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience selling healthcare products or point solutions into employer groups
Demonstrated experience working for or with consulting firms who support employers evaluations of new benefits, or vendor providing ancillary benefits to employers, with a track record of success
Ability to travel up to 40% to meet with clients, prospects and partners
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently
Outstanding communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skills
Demonstrated passion and motivation to sell an innovative family building product/s and drive new business
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey the Progyny messaging in both in person and via remote sales capacity
The ability to develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
Experience with a CRM (Salesforce specifically)
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Preferred
Bachelors degree in business, communication, marketing or related field preferred
