Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and professionals on cases/projects
Draft and file legal documents (pleadings, motions, affidavits, interrogatories) per judicial procedures
Research/analyze statutes, regulations, cases, and sources; provide written summaries
Manage case files, evidence, exhibits, depositions, and records
Track billable hours
Perform related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of legal principles, research, court processes, and confidentiality
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
2+ years civil litigation experience required
Preferred
Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
